How long does it take for custom made pieces to ship?
Because our master smiths craft each design by hand using lineage traditions, production can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the gold filigree or Kundan settings.

22-karat gold is naturally soft and should be handled with utmost care. Store each piece separately in your provided signature velvet box to prevent scratch marks. Clean gently with a soft cotton cloth; avoid chemicals.
Are the diamonds sliced or brilliant-cut?
We celebrate traditional Indian craftsmanship by incorporating both classic brilliant-cut diamonds and rustic, hand-cleaved diamond slices (Polki) which preserve natural organic structures.

We offer a 14-day complimentary exchange window for unworn, unaltered pieces in their original signature presentation packaging with all authenticity certificates attached.
How do I initiate an exchange or return?

How do I determine my bangle or kada size?
Please refer to our universal Bangle Sizing Chart. You can measure the inner diameter of an existing well-fitting bangle in millimeters, or wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your hand.
Can rings and chokers be adjusted?
Most of our royal chokers feature an adjustable metallic zari dori (cord) for a bespoke neckline fit. Rings with sizing bars can be adjusted up to 1 full size by our in-house atelier.
