How do virtual bridal styling consultations work?
Our virtual bridal consultations are complimentary 30-minute 1-on-1 video sessions with a senior jewelry curator. You can share photos of your bridal lehenga, saree, or neckline, and our stylist will present harmonized Polki, Kundan, and gemstone heirlooms under high-definition studio lighting.
Are all ROOH jewels 100% certified and hallmarked?
Yes, absolutely. Every piece in our collection undergoes rigorous quality inspection and is certified hallmarked. Each order arrives in a signature velvet-lined luxury keepsake box complete with an embossed Certificate of Authenticity and Karigari Verification Card.
Can I customize necklace length, stone color, or bangle size?

We offer complimentary, fully insured express worldwide shipping on qualifying orders. Standard delivery to the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia typically takes 4–7 business days via DHL Express or FedEx Priority. Every parcel requires a recipient signature upon delivery.
What is your return and lifetime care policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on standard catalog items in original unworn condition with security tags attached. Custom bespoke bridal orders are final sale. Furthermore, every ROOH heirloom includes lifetime complimentary gold repolishing and setting inspection services.
